Rates: 2009/10 season in New Zealand Dollars including tax (GST @ 12.5%) $195 per night (per 2 x adults)- Absolute waterfront Weekend Bookings: due to high demand, minimum 2 nights Long weekend bookings: due to high demand, minimum 3 nights Weekly deals: Stay 7 nights, pay for 6 (excludes Public and Christmas Holidays) Standard Check In Time: 12.30pm Standard Check Out Time: 10.30am. Early Check In or Late Check Out time options: In situations where we do not have back to back bookings or we have known late arrivals/early departures, we are happy to offer an early check in time or a late check out time at no extra charge. Please enquire at checkin/out Early check In time: 10:00 am Late Check Out time: 3:00 pm International Connections: If you have an international connection out of standard check in/out times, please advise and where possible we will try to greet you on your arrival and share a few local tips etc. If we are unable to do this we will make arrangements with you for your key collection and access details etc. Remember it's your holiday, nothing is a problem. Payment terms: The Whale Bay Surf Bach is a small exclusive, absolute waterfront surf retreat. As you can appreciate cancellations have a significant impact on both us and other guests wishing to stay. Accordingly we request a 50% holding deposit at time of reservation. The balance may be settled on arrival, thank you.
